I paid and got nothing

Give us the payment and we will trace it, and place it if the money is sitting here under the wrong reference.

Either works. The reference is the account number you were given to pay to. Use it if the payment never got as far as a confirmation email.

The confirmation code the provider texted you. With it we can usually place the money ourselves.

Nothing here charges you again. Tracing only looks at money that has already moved.
